Shipping is a flat rate based on your order total. United States ONLY.

Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. During heavy volume it may take a day or two longer to ship. Once your package leaves our facility, delivery timing is up to the carrier. Normal deliveries arrive within ten (10) business days of the ship date, though delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS

Returns are now handled through your account — no forms, no phone calls, no preauthorization needed.

  1. Log into your account and open your order history.
  2. Select the order and the item(s) you'd like to return, and choose whether you want a replacement or a refund.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to generate your return label.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely and drop off with the carrier. We recommend a traceable service.

Prefer not to use our prepaid label? You can ship the return to us with any carrier of your choice at your own cost. If you request a replacement, we'll ship it to you postage paid.

Please note: Merchandise may be returned in new, unused condition within 15 days of the date you receive it. We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your statement. Sorry, any item(s) ordered with a personalized logo may not be returned.
