Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. During heavy volume it may take a day or two longer to ship. Once your package leaves our facility, delivery timing is up to the carrier. Normal deliveries arrive within ten (10) business days of the ship date, though delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS

A pre-paid return label will be supplied in your shipment. To return, simply apply the return label to your package and drop it off at your local post office or drop it in your mailbox. 

Please note: Merchandise may be returned in new, unused condition within 15 days of the date you receive it. We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your statement. Sorry, any item(s) ordered with a personalized logo may not be returned.
