As with any knit garment, care must be taken to avoid pilling, snagging and abrasion. Damage from hot tubs, benches or their surroundings is not covered under this Warranty.

Swimwear Care
Easy care tips to prolong the life of your H2O Wear
Your ChloroGuard™ swimwear is not delicate and requires no special care. But these few tips will help you enjoy it even longer.
- Rinse your suit after each use. Consider rinsing in cold water with Solomar Suit Saver™ — a gentle solution specially formulated to remove 99.9% of residual chlorine from fabric. Just a squirt refreshes your suit and eliminates chlorine odor.
- Machine wash on gentle cycle with like colors. Use cool water and a mild detergent — no bleach or Woolite™. You may hang or tumble dry on low.
- Don't wrap your suit in a towel. Use a clean bag instead, as our polyester thread will pick up lint from a towel.
- Avoid locker-room spin dryer machines. They can damage your suit.
- As with any knitted garment, take care to avoid pilling, snagging and abrasion while wearing it. These are not covered under our one-year prorated warranty — nor is damage from hot tubs, benches and their surroundings, or from any activity other than aquatic exercise and swimming in normal pool conditions.

Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. During heavy volume it may take a day or two longer to ship. Once your package leaves our facility, delivery timing is up to the carrier. Normal deliveries arrive within ten (10) business days of the ship date, though delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS
Returns are now handled through your account — no forms, no phone calls, no preauthorization needed.
- Log into your account and open your order history.
- Select the order and the item(s) you'd like to return, and choose whether you want a replacement or a refund.
- Follow the on-screen steps to generate your return label.
- Pack the item(s) securely and drop off with the carrier. We recommend a traceable service.
Prefer not to use our prepaid label? You can ship the return to us with any carrier of your choice at your own cost. If you request a replacement, we'll ship it to you postage paid.
Please note: Merchandise may be returned in new, unused condition within 15 days of the date you receive it. We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your statement. Sorry, any item(s) ordered with a personalized logo may not be returned.
